Can Child Support take money out of your financial aid?

I asked this in the Law & Ethics category but maybe I should have asked it here instead bc someone may know a better answer. Can Child Support take money out of a man’s financial aid if he has a baby and is going to college or is financial aid off limits to child support garnishing?

would I still be able to receive financial aid if I was dismissed from a college and go to another?

About a few months ago I was receiving financial aid from a college out of my district. I didn’t do well in my classes,therefore I was dismissed. I now enrolled to a college in my district and I am applying for financial aid. Would I have to petition for the new school?
