Does New York University have a good reputation of giving a lot of Financial Aid?

Are there any financial aid options for someone who has a degree and wants to go back to school?

I was told by my local technical school that there were no options for financial aid for someone who already holds a degree. Is this right? I know about the stafford loan program, but they don’t participate in that program. Is there anything else I can try except a private loan from a bank?

If i drop a class two days before the deadline how will that affect my financial aid?
