How do i know if my registration fees will be paid by Financial Aid?

if you look at page 6.
it says “sign if Financial Aid will cover your registration fees”
and i’m not sure if i am covered.
if i am covered, do the Cal State L.A. One Card and the Orientation fee also count as registration fee?
